Food dining is an art invented by the Chinese steamed buns can be regarded as the art of a masterpiece, and Nanxiang Steamed Bun which takes the arts to an extreme. Sweet & Sour Pork with Lychees is Fuzhou( part of China ) traditional dishes.

What makes the food famous in the country

- Nanxiang Steamed Bun has thin, unleavened dough which also has unique filling meat.
- It brings two different kind of taste together (sweet and sour), and have a unique taste of sweet and sour.

NanXiang Xiao Long Bao

Nanxiang Steamed Bun is Nanxiang Town suburb of Shanghai's traditional snacks, more than 100 years of history. The products are known for thin, filling more halogen heavy, delicious and well-known, is welcomed by domestic and foreign customers one snack. Nanxiang packet stuffing is made of ham sandwich meat, do not add onions, garlic, ginger and Roupi Dong just sprinkle a little salt, soy sauce, sugar and water to blend. Xiao long bao's skin is not made of refined flour fermented. Steamed dumplings, small size, the shape of pagodas, translucent, glistening through the yellow, a packet of soup a bite, mouthful of fluid, taste delicious.

Overall a very satisfying experience and another place to put on my list for those weekend family lunches. The quality of the food is very good and they have several items which are quite unique. It's too bad it only has two branches at the moment, I would be more than happy to have a meal there if I walk past one in a Shopping Centre.
